A Friendly Reminder About Appointment Cancellations
We understand that things come up, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. However, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Last-minute cancellations leave us with limited opportunity to offer that appointment time to another patient. We truly appreciate your understanding and consideration of our schedule and other patients who may be waiting for an appointment.
A Labor Day Break!
We will be closed from Friday September 4th through Sunday September 13th and will reopen on Monday September 14th. If you have a true dental emergency that cannot wait until we return, please go to the nearest emergency room. What is considered a true dental emergency: knocked-out tooth, broken or cracked tooth, severe toothache or swelling, abscess or infection, uncontrolled bleeding, lost filling or crown causing severe pain, injury to the mouth, gums, or jaw.
